[VW7.8] No 'Source' tab in System Browser

I run a vanilla, pristine VW7.8 image; then I 'Find' a class, say,
Array.

When the class only (ie. no method is selected) is displayed there is
no 'Source' tab present. The other tabs - 'Comment', 'Definition', etc
are there.

When I select a method, the 'Source' tab appears, as it should do.

This is so simple, I'm obviously missing something ;)

Either a category or a method has to be selected.
If the class is blank (ie. no methods) a method category needs to be
created first for the Source tab to display.
